My Beautiful Nan

I just don't have enough words to describe how much this beautiful lady meant to me, the most caring, kind, loving person I've ever come across, like my mum, practically was. If I'm anything like her then I'll be happy! Just truly the best person that was in my life! I find everyday so tough and such a struggle without her but I know she'd want me to carry on and keep making her proud! Love her so much! Miss you Nan x
