Our Memory Wall

All those who didn't know how to ask for help and sadly took their own lives

I am dedicating my message to those who didn't or couldn't seek the help they needed when they needed it and sadly took their own lives. I am so lucky that I wasn't one of those people. After a failed attempt to take my own life I now know what desperation feels like. I have also learned what it could have done to my family and pray that I never get that desperate again
